I am currently involved in two writing projects. The first is a collaboration with J. Wynn Rousuck on a collection of connected short stories. “El Dorado” examines the American Dream – fractured, rebuilt and fractured again. Set in a small Florida Gulf Coast town – former vacation mecca for movie stars and sports heroes – the book focuses on people who work, live or pass through a converted motel, the El Dorado.  Samples of three of the stories appear below:

You're Out

The second is a collection of personal essays on transitioning to a full-time artistic life which I am calling Transitioning: Ponderings on Art, Life and Creativity.
